HOW DO I GET TO YOUR SHOP
We are an online marketplace, so there isn’t a physical storefront to visit. You can browse and shop from the comfort of your couch, your favourite coffee shop, or wherever you happen to be.
We source our items from staging companies or online suppliers – used for photos only. They are in new or like-new condition, but may not always be in original packaging. The condition is listed for each item – but rest assured – they are inspected carefully by our team before they are added to our e-shop.
DO YOU HAVE AN APP
We don’t have a dedicated app (yet!), but you can save our website to your phone’s home screen for quick access. It works just like an app without taking up extra space. Visit our website, tap your browser’s Share/Menu button and choose “Add to Home Screen”.

Many of our products are single-quantity items, meaning only one is available for purchase. Once it’s sold, it will be marked as such. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible if there’s something you have your eye on.

If a rug feels like the perfect fit, reserve it before someone else does. Submit your request toReserve a Rug!
Free 1-Day Hold Need a little time? We can reserve a rug for up to 24 hours while you arrange a viewing, pickup, or delivery.
Extended Reservations Need a longer hold? Holds longer than 24 hours require a 20% reservation deposit. If you decide the rug isn’t the right fit, your deposit can be applied towards another rug within30 days(however, the fee isnon-refundable).
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE
We currently only accept cash or e-transfer payments. We will update this section once other payment methods are available.

PICKUP DETAILS
Once you place an order, we’ll contact you to confirm the details and arrange for the best pickup or delivery option. Items are available for pickup by appointment. See here to Book a Visit/Pickup/Delivery.
DELIVERY DETAILS
We’ll work with you to find the most convenient and cost-effective option. Delivery fee must be received ahead of time via e-transfer (this fee is non-refundable).
Delivery fees and timing will vary depending on destination: • Free – within the Wasaga, Stayner, Collingwood areas • $50 – within an hour (examples: Barrie, Midland) • $75 – 1+ hour (examples: Orangeville, Brampton) • $100 – 2+ hours (examples: Toronto, Waterloo)
We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
However, as many of our items are available as single pieces, once they leave our location – all sales are final.
